Import your game library to Gamepage

Import adds the games from a list you already keep to your Gamepage library on iPhone or iPad. Importing is free: no Pro needed and no import limit. You see every match before anything is added.

Gamepage never asks for your password on another site.

Your list is read on your iPhone or iPad. Only game titles are sent to Gamepage's game-data server to find the matching games, like a search; other columns stay on the device.

CSV or pasted list

Works with another tracker's export, a CSV file or a pasted list: a spreadsheet or export saved as CSV (with a column for the title; platform and status are optional) or a pasted list, one game per line.

  1. Open Import. In Gamepage, open Settings ▸ Import ▸ CSV or Pasted List, or the "Bring Your Games" step the first time you open the app.
  2. Paste a list or pick a file. Paste a List: one game per line, with the platform and status after a comma or tab if you like (Starfall Tactics, PC, Playing). Bullets, numbers and blank lines are ignored. CSV File: tap Choose CSV File… and pick your file.
  3. Check the columns. For a CSV file, Gamepage guesses which column is which from the headers (Title, Name or Game; Platform or System; Status; Date Finished). Title is the only one you need, and you can change each one. Then tap Preview.
  4. Review, then import. The preview lists the new games, the games already in your library, titles that match more than one game (pick one, or leave Don't Import) and titles with no match. Change any game's status, then tap the Import button (it shows how many games). Nothing is added before that.

Statuses come from your list (a Status column, or a status after each title); anything else becomes Backlog. Games already in your library are left as they were. One list or file holds up to 2,000 games.

Coming from Backloggd

Gamepage isn't affiliated with Backloggd. To move your games, use CSV or Pasted List above: paste your game titles, one per line, or use a CSV file of your games. Gamepage never asks for your Backloggd password. Backloggd's game data comes from IGDB, the same game database Gamepage uses (Backloggd's FAQ, sources below). Looking for an iPhone app? See Is there a Backloggd app for iPhone?

Export any time

Your library is yours to take with you, free. Settings ▸ Export ▸ Export Library makes a JSON file with everything (statuses, play time, playthroughs, lists) and a CSV file for Numbers, Excel or Sheets. They're made on your device and stay there until you share them or put them in Files. Restore from Gamepage Export… reads the JSON back and adds what's missing, never removing anything.

Questions about importing

Will importing make duplicates?

No. Games already in your library are left as they were, and each game goes in once, so importing the same list again adds nothing twice.

Does it bring my ratings or notes?

Not from a CSV file or a pasted list. Gamepage reads each game's title and, when your list has them, its platform, status and date finished. Ratings, reviews and notes stay in your file.

Do I need an account?

No. Gamepage has no account, and importing needs no sign-in.

Is importing free?

Yes. Importing is free: no Pro needed and no import limit. One list or file holds up to 2,000 games; import a longer list in parts.

Do you need my password for another site?

Never. Gamepage never asks for your password on another site, and you never type one into Gamepage.

Where does time to beat come from?

From IGDB: players report on IGDB.com how long a game took them (Story, Story + Extras or 100%), and Gamepage shows those IGDB community times on every game page.
