Questions
I paid on another device. How do I get Gamepage Pro back?
Open Gamepage, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe or buy Lifetime. One purchase covers all your iPhones and iPads.
How do I cancel my subscription or free trial?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, so you cancel them in Apple's settings:
- iPhone or iPad: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Gamepage, then Cancel Subscription.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or the free trial) to avoid the next charge. You keep Pro until the period ends. In Gamepage, Settings ▸ Manage Subscription takes you there too while you're subscribed. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Lifetime is a one-time purchase, so there's nothing to cancel.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all payments, so refunds go through Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose "Request a refund". We can't see or refund App Store payments ourselves.
Can I bring my library, and take it with me?
Yes. Bring your library: import another tracker's export, a CSV file or a pasted list (Settings ▸ Import ▸ CSV or Pasted List, or the first-run "Bring Your Games" step), free and with no limit. Export any time: Settings ▸ Export Library makes CSV and JSON files, free, and Restore from Gamepage Export brings the JSON back. Gamepage never asks for your password on another site.
- Another tracker's export, a CSV file or a pasted list: save it as CSV (or copy the titles), then Settings ▸ Import ▸ CSV or Pasted List. You choose which column is which.
Step by step: Bring your games to Gamepage.
How do I move my library to a new iPhone or iPad?
Your library stays on the device you use, with no account. To move it, open Settings ▸ Export Library on the old device and save the JSON file, then on the new device choose Settings ▸ Export ▸ Restore from Gamepage Export… and pick that file.
Where does the game information come from?
Game details, scores, release dates, time-to-beat estimates and pictures come from IGDB.com, a community-built game database run by Twitch. Every game page links to that game on IGDB. If something is wrong or missing, it can be fixed on IGDB.com, and Gamepage will show the fix once IGDB has it. You can still email us and we'll pass it along. Cover art and screenshots belong to their publishers.
Why can't I find a game?
Gamepage leaves out fan projects, mods, ROM hacks and duplicate editions so the real game shows up first. If an official game is missing from search, email us its name.
Where do the times to beat come from?
From the IGDB community: players report on IGDB.com how long a game took them: Story (to the credits), Story + Extras (with side content) or 100% (everything). Gamepage shows all three on every game page, labeled "Time to beat (IGDB community)", shows them at a glance in search results and uses them in What to Play Next, and you can filter your Library by length.
Why is there no Time to Beat on some games?
IGDB doesn't have enough player reports for that game yet, so the game page says "No time-to-beat reports on IGDB yet" instead of showing a guess.
What's free and what's Pro?
Free, with no time limit: unlimited game pages, unlimited tracking (pins and statuses: Playing, Paused, Wishlist, Backlog, Finished, Dropped), IGDB times to beat, play time, "What to play next" from your backlog, imports, CSV and JSON export, following studios, playthrough ratings and notes, and up to 3 custom lists or tier lists. No ads.
Pro adds more than 3 custom lists, widgets (Home Screen and Lock Screen), release alerts (release day, date changes and studios you follow), Year in Review (a yearly recap you can share). Try Pro free for a week. Pro costs $3.49 a month or $24.99 a year, each with a one-week free trial, or Lifetime $59.99 once ($49.99 launch price). Family Sharing applies to monthly, yearly and Lifetime. If Pro ends, nothing you made is lost or locked: every list stays readable and exportable.
Is my data private?
Yes. No account. No ads. No tracking, and your pins and recent searches stay on your device. See the Privacy Policy.
